Metallica has released a new behind the scenes video from their second night in Edmonton, Alberta. The generous clip clocks in at over twenty minutes with extensive footage of the band jamming pre-show on Aug. 18 in their tuning room.

The tuning room footage finds Metallica at their most laid back as they get together to jam on possible tunes for the show. The session includes pulling out the old Discharge cover ‘The More I See’ from their ‘Garage Inc.’ release in 1998 and jamming away at it.

The video also provides pro-recorded footage of Metallica performing ‘Wherever I May Roam’ at the show that night, displaying their massive stage set up again with aerial views that show how immense the stage really is.

The two shows in Edmonton preceded the three show run in Vancouver where the band recorded their 3-D movie. After the shows in Vancouver Metallica return home with a break in their touring schedule until February when they’ll head to Australia for Soundwave Festival.
